Die Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) unterstützt im Rahmen ihrer Entwicklungszusammenarbeit Partnerländer beim Auf- und Ausbau ihrer Qualitätsinfrastruktur für den Photovoltaiksektor.
