The Communications and Information Systems Directorate awarded a contract to КОНСУЛТ ИНЖЕНЕРИНГС ЕООД on 11 June 2026 for 50,847.98 EUR to conduct compliance assessments of investment projects, exercise construction supervision, and perform safety and health coordinator functions for infrastructure related to expanding the early warning and public notification system at regional and municipal levels across Bulgaria. The scope includes compliance evaluation against building code requirements, preparation of comprehensive assessment reports, construction site supervision, control of construction materials, safety coordination during design and construction phases, and compilation of final reports and technical building passports.
