The buyer awarded the engineering, design, construction, and supervision contract for the reconstruction and expansion of the water supply and sewerage network in Ihhtiman to DZZD VIK IHHTIMAN 24 on 4 May 2026 for EUR 13,373,997.89. The scope includes technical project development, obtaining permits, construction and installation works, designer supervision, executive documentation, cadastral surveying, and warranty-period defect remediation. The work encompasses reconstruction of approximately 7.6 km of water mains (mainly steel and asbestos-cement pipes) and approximately 10.7 km of sewerage network to reduce infiltration and comply with EU Directive 91/271/EEC.
