Het ROC van Amsterdam-Flevoland heeft op verschillende colleges media opleidingen, te weten de colleges Hilversum en Amsterdam Noord. Deze opleidingen maken gebruik van high-end professionele camera apparatuur welke voornamelijk gebruikt wordt in media land. Deze apparatuur wordt gedurende de afgelopen jaren met enige regelmaat ingekocht, tevens worden hiervoor onderdelen en accessoires afgenomen en moeten storingen/mankementen aan de apparatuur worden opgelost. Hiervoor is momenteel geen overeenkomst. € 320.000 excl. btw over een looptijd van 4 jaar.
