Varna Municipality procured the dismantling, delivery, assembly, and commissioning of a water-heating boiler with nominal power 820–1050 kW at the municipal building on Boulevard "Osmi Primorski Polk" No. 43. The scope includes removal of the existing boiler, site preparation, installation of a new steel boiler, connection to the heating system, and commissioning documentation. The contract was awarded to TOPLOGAZ ENGINEERING EOOD on 28 April 2026 for 31,802.36 EUR.
