Im Süden grenzt das Grundstück an die Mühltalstraße, im Westen an die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz des Bades. An der gegenüberliegenden Grundstückgrenze
im Südosten befindet sich der Betriebshof mit Anlieferzone.
