Mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour la construction d'un nouveau cinéma à Millau - Concours restreint de maîtrise d'oeuvre « sur esquisse plus »

The City of Millau awarded a restricted design competition for the delivery of architectural and engineering services (master-builder role) for the construction of a new cinema in central Millau, comprising four screens with approximately 550 seats each, associated amenities, and sustainable building design, with delivery targeted for end of 2028. The contract, valued at €272,616.67, was awarded on 25 June 2026 to ATELIER ARCHITECTURE & DEVELOPPEMENT, Pierre CHICAN architecte, and SARL PEYTAVIN-CLAVEAU DE LIMA, covering basic design through to tender phase with optional additional services, against a provisional works and equipment budget of €5.5 million HT.
