skladno s specifikacijami ter razpisnimi pogoji iz 4. Poglavja - Tehnični razpisni pogoji te dokumentacije v zvezi z oddajo javnega naročila.
Ponudniki lahko oddajo ponudbo po posameznih sklopih ali za vse sklope skupaj. Naročnik bo oddal naročilo ponudniku, ki bo ponudil ekonomsko najugodnejšo ponudbo za posamezni razpisni sklop.
