Overview

El objeto del acuerdo marco es la creación de un registro de proveedores que preste servicio de mantenimiento y reparaciones para mantener y conservar los edificios y viviendas gestionados en régimen de alquiler social por VIPASA, que asciende a 9.700 viviendas, con reserva de contrato a Empresas de Inserción reguladas en la Ley 44/2007, de 13 de diciembre, de un 15% del Multigremio Lote A objeto de licitación de conformidad con lo establecido en la Disposición Adicional Cuarta de la Ley 9/2017 de , Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Público, por la que se transponen al ordenamiento jurídico español las Directivas del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo 2014/23/UE y 2014/24/UE, de 26 de febrero de 2014.
