The scope includes project planning with an option for full design coordination across all disciplines (architecture, structures, MEP, electrical, foundation, and elevator consulting), BIM modeling, and participation in a competitive bidding process involving developer workshops and contractor input cycles. The design must comply with Finnish building regulations, permitting requirements, and BIM standards through completion, with any necessary variance permits and easement agreements included as part of the work.
