Pretendents var iesniegt piedāvājumu par vienu vai vairākām pilnībā piedāvātām iepirkuma daļām. Pretendentam piedāvājums jāiesniedz par pilnu atklāta konkursa iepirkuma daļas priekšmeta apjomu, t.i., par visām norādītajām pozīcijām konkrētajā iepirkuma daļā.
