IB METZGER Gebäudeautomation GmbH has been awarded a contract for technical monitoring and commissioning management of a new detention facility building (Hafthaus Ost) at JVA Adelsheim, involving oversight of heat pumps (approximately 390 kW total capacity), ventilation systems (16,500 m³/h), cooling systems (40 kW), and building automation systems with utility metering for electricity, water, heat, and cooling. The project, valued at 129,675 EUR, covers the commissioning phase for construction planned from October 2027 to June 2031, with all personnel requiring security clearance due to classified handling requirements.
