Gemeinde Rottach-Egern - Neubau Rathaus - Bauendreinigung

Gemeinde Rottach-Egern awarded a final cleaning contract for the new town hall (Rathaus) to HS Heidel Service- und Dienstleistungs-GmbH for EUR 6,469.20 on 5 May 2026. The scope comprises dust- and streak-free cleaning of all affected areas including traffic surfaces, offices, stairs, sanitary facilities, and ancillary rooms, with removal of construction dust and typical construction-related soiling, and cleaning of glass surfaces, doors, fittings, baseboards, railings and handrails using material-compatible methods suitable for terrazzo, natural stone, wood and coated surfaces.
