Overview
Zur Erweiterung der Sortier- und Trennmöglichkeiten an der BOKU soll ein neues vollautomatisches Zell-Sortiersystem angeschafft werden. Es kann Zellen und andere Partikel auf Basis ihrer Lichtstreu- und Fluoreszenzeigenschaften voneinander unterscheiden. Die Zellen können dazu entweder mit spezifischen Fluoreszenzmarkern markiert, durch Transfektion zur Expression fluoreszenter Proteine gebracht oder anhand ihrer natürlichen Eigenfluoreszenz bzw. ihrer Lichtstreueigenschaften erkannt werden.
