The Correctional Facility Fund (DПFZD) procured delivery of clothing and blankets for personal use by incarcerated persons, sold in prison shops and canteens across correctional facilities, divided into two lots: clothing items including underwear, t-shirts, pajamas, tracksuits, sports wear, trousers, hats, pullovers, and bags; and blankets, socks, and gloves. The procurement was awarded on 9 July 2026 for an estimated value of 11,725,000 BGN, serving approximately 6,248 incarcerated individuals with periodic delivery schedules based on facility needs.
