Amt Itzstedt has awarded specialist planning services for the expansion of its municipal office building in Itzstedt, covering building services engineering (HVAC and electrical), structural design, building physics (thermal protection and energy assessment), and fire safety expert opinion. The project, completed by a consortium of four firms (AIS Management GmbH, IB Ascendere, IBL-Ingenieurbüro für Brandschutz GmbH, and Mädge Statik), involves a three-storey extension with approximately 1,579 m² of gross floor area designed for 58 workplaces, featuring flexible office layouts and public function spaces.
