Der Kreis Dithmarschen plant als Vorhabenträger in der Gemeinde Hemmingstedt den Neubau des Zentrums für Feuerwehrwesen und Bevölkerungsschutz (ZFB).
Folgende Leistungen sollen ausgeführt werden:
o ca. 2.812 m² Nichttragende Holztafel-Innenwände, beidseitig beplankt
o ca. 860 m² Tragende Holztafel-Innenwände, beidseitig beplankt
o ca. 6.930 m² Brettsperrholzdecken (CLT), unterschiedlicher Stärke
o ca. 515 m³ Lieferung/Montage BSH-Stützen, BSH-Träger und BSH-Attikabalken
o ca. 570 m Abbund BSH-Stützen, BSH-Träger u. BSH-Attikabalken
o ca. 8.500 m² Notabdichtung/Dampfbremse
