Blagoevgrad Municipality has awarded engineering, design, construction supervision and implementation of energy efficiency measures for four multi-family residential buildings in Blagoevgrad to PRESTIGH BIZNES-93 OOD for 138,074.37 EUR on 28 May 2026. The work includes project design, site supervision and construction activities to upgrade and implement energy efficiency measures on the four specified residential buildings as part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan's sustainable housing renovation program.
