Miete von Kopier- und Drucksystemen mit Full-Service

Kreisverwaltung Mainz-Bingen procured the rental and full-service maintenance of multifunctional copying and printing systems for three lots: administrative areas, schools, and the in-house printing department, covering approximately 604 single-place printers and 114 floor-based multifunction devices with an expected annual volume of 10.3 million black-and-white and 4.3 million color pages. The contract was awarded to KKS Kemmler Kopiersysteme GmbH on 4 May 2026 for the estimated value of €990,000, with a minimum lease term of 60 months extendable to 72 months and provisions allowing early return of up to 10% of devices after 24 months.
