Sofia Municipality procured maintenance and repair services for four elevators located at three municipal buildings on Moskovska Street (2 units), Paris Street No. 1 (1 unit), and Paris Street No. 3 (1 unit). The contract, valued at 34,160 BGN, was awarded to MILA LIFT EOOD on 22 January 2025 and includes subscription-based maintenance with monthly functional checks and six annual technical inspections, 24-hour emergency service, parts replacement, and electrical system repairs in compliance with applicable elevator safety regulations.
