The Centrale Unica di Committenza awarded a contract to RTI COSTITUENDO RINNOVAPA S.R.L. - LABCONSULENZE S.R.L. for 515,715.24 EUR on 27 May 2026 to manage all traffic code violations and administrative sanctions for the municipal police commands of Rocca Imperiale and four other municipalities in Calabria. The scope includes handling of sanction procedures, printing and mailing of violation notices, electronic and traditional notification services, data entry and administrative management of enforcement proceedings, provision of front-office and back-office staff, management of violations involving foreign nationals, handling of litigation through preparation of replies to prefectural and civil court appeals, and compulsory collection of unpaid fines.
