Im Treppenhaus und einigen Räumen des Altbaus soll ein neuer Bodenbelag verlegt werden. Der Abbruch des Bestandsmaterials erfolgt vorab. Es soll ein Linoleum verlegt werden und Sockelleisten aus Massivholz.
