The Military Clubs and Military Recreation Affairs Executive Agency is procuring subscription-based maintenance and support services for hotel management systems across 37 military-owned hotels and recreation facilities in Bulgaria, valued at approximately 97,145.50 EUR. The contract, awarded on 3 June 2026, encompasses qualified technical support for software operations, periodic system updates, data integrity testing, staff training, database reconfiguration, and enhancement of central management modules including reservation processing and financial reporting integration. Services are to be delivered across four territorial directorates (Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, and Burgas) and the central administration.
