The Directorate of Roads and Motorways awarded a framework agreement to SPEL, a.s. for the supply and configuration of network technology for telematic devices across three phases, with a contract value of 883,931.31 CZK (awarded 27 April 2026). The scope includes supplying and configuring network infrastructure for C-ITS integration in phases 1 and 2, configuring telematic systems on motorway sections with and without existing infrastructure in phase 3, and verifying configurations to ensure proper functionality and connectivity from central servers.
