Overview
Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss eines Vertrages über die Lieferung, Anpassung, Implementierung sowie über die unbefristete Wartung eines CAFM-Systems (keine Cloud- bzw SaaS-Lösungen!) für die Verwaltung aller Liegenschaften, die von der ÖAW genutzt werden und die Remote Zugriff für die Anwender ermöglicht. Die Zugriffe sollen von Admin-Usern eingeschränkt werden können. Das Go-Live der CAFM – Facility Management Software ist bereits für Anfang 2023 geplant.
