8907 - 29000 and 22000 Fleet Repower Projects Support Consultancy Services (ITT2)

A consultant is required to provide Project Management Procedures (PMP) deliverables for two separate repower projects. Both the class 29000 and 22000 fleets are being assessed for potential repower solutions. Both projects are independent of each other and shall be managed by separate Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) project teams. There is common consultancy support required for each project and both projects will be independently funded by the National Transport Authority (NTA). The overarching objective of the project is to reduce the environmental impact of two of Iarnród Éireann’s railcar fleet types in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/1628 and in line with both the IÉ sustainability strategy (2021-2030), and the IÉ Climate Action Plan (2023-2030)
