Technikertüchtigung in der CVUA Karlsruhe: Die Gebäudeautomation des Laborgebäudes soll ersetzt und auf den neusten Stand der Technik gebracht werden. Zudem sind Eingriffe im Bereich Elektro, HLS erforderlich. In diesem Zuge sind begleitend Eingriffe in die raumbildenden Ausbauten. Die Instandsetzung muss bauabschnittsweise bei laufendem Laborbetrieb erfolgen.
