Vergabe von Planungs- und Bauleistungen für Planung und Bau des Kindergartenquartiers Kirchenburg als Generalübernehmer

The City of Weil der Stadt procured planning and construction services for the Kirchenburg kindergarten quarter as a general contractor. Weisenburger bau GmbH was awarded the contract on 28 April 2026 for EUR 9,298,000 to design and build a complex comprising a five-group daycare facility, two residential buildings with 23 units, and a shared basement with underground parking. The contractor is responsible for detailed design from phase 5 onwards in accordance with HOAI standards and full construction through defect-free completion.
