Für das ML soll die Durchführung von Informations- und Organisations-Dienstleistungen im Bereich Agrarmarketing vergeben werden. Nähere Einzelheiten zu Art und Umfang des Auftrags sind der Leistungsbeschreibung - Fachlicher Teil (Teil B) zu entnehmen. Für den Auftragszeitraum von vier Jahren stehen Haushaltsmittel in Höhe von insgesamt 8.472.818,00 EUR brutto zur Verfügung. Die Gesamtauftragssumme darf daher 7.120.015,00 EUR netto (ohne Umsatzsteuer) nicht überschreiten. Überschreitet ein Angebot die angegebene Nettosumme, muss es von der weiteren Wertung ausgeschlossen werden.
