VgV-Verhandlungsverf. nachrangig z. Realisierungswettbewerb „NEUE ORTSMITTE KARLSHULD I NEUGESTALTUNG UND AUFWERTUNG DES ÖFFENTLICHEN RAUMS“ (BYAK 2024-OBJ-12). Gegenstand des Verfahrens sind die Weiterentwicklung des Wettbewerbsergebnisses in Form eines freiraum- und landschaftsplanerischen Rahmenplans gemäß Merkblatt 51 der AKBW und die Objektplanung der Freianlagen gemäß HOAI 2021 § 39 ff.

The Municipality of Karlshuld awarded a landscape architecture contract to faktorgruen Landschaftsarchitekten on 2 June 2026 for developing a new town center and public space improvements along Hauptstraße and Schulstraße. The scope includes further development of a design competition result as a landscape planning framework plan for approximately 1.75 hectares and detailed site planning for public spaces (minimum 3,500 m² for village square and multipurpose hall area) in accordance with HOAI 2021, with optional phases for construction phases 6–9 and a potential second phase for a festival grounds area.
