La mission porte, donc, sur l'assistance et l'accompagnement du maître d'ouvrage dans la mise en oeuvre de la procédure de révision, d'un point de vue technique et réglementaire du SCoT valant AEC. Elle se décompose en quatre phases, un volet concertation et un volet accompagnement juridique. Le bureau d'études (ou le groupement de prestataires) retenu conduira les études, consultations techniques, animations et les synthèses nécessaires à la révision jusqu'à l'approbation définitive du SCoT-AEC, conformément à la réglementation en vigueur
