The University of Warsaw, through the Interdisciplinary Centre for Mathematical and Computational Modelling (ICM), procured national access to Wiley journal collections for 2026 through a single-source contract with John Wiley & Sons, Inc. The award of EUR 3,244,935 was made on 30 April 2026 to the exclusive rights holder, as Wiley journals are specialized, copyright-protected scientific publications that cannot be reasonably substituted by alternative resources or individual subscriptions. The service provides Polish academic institutions with access to Wiley's complete journal collection, funded by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education under the Virtual Science Library programme.
