Kuntoarviot, kosteus- ja sisäilmatekniset kuntotutkimukset, haitta-ainetutkimukset

Lappeenrannan kaupunki has awarded a framework agreement for building condition assessments, moisture and indoor air technical studies, and hazardous material surveys to AFRY Finland Oy, Insinööritoimisto 2K Oy, and RTA Suomi Oy. The agreement, valued at approximately 1.2 million EUR, covers expert services including condition ratings, indoor air and structural investigations, building systems testing, hazardous material analysis, damage repair planning, and RTA specialist oversight for repair and new construction projects, running from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 with options for up to three additional one-year periods.
