Straßen-, Erd- und Kanalarbeiten, Baugebiet Dietenbach

The City of Freiburg awarded road, earthwork, and drainage construction contracts for the Dietenbach district development (BA1 Phase V.1) to Vogel-Bau GmbH on 17 June 2026 for €2,468,762.19. The scope includes asphalt paving (approximately 15,500 m² wearing course and base course), water-bound surfacing (approximately 13,500 m²), edge curbing (approximately 4,000 m), decentralized drainage systems, lighting cable installation (approximately 5,000 m), a retention basin (287 m³ capacity), access roads, earthwork including slope and soil work, and utility and conduit lines.
