By & Havn I/S awarded a framework agreement to Rambøll Danmark A/S on 15 May 2026 for technical preliminary investigations, environmental assessment, consulting and assistance related to urban development of Kløverparken & Quintus on Amager, Copenhagen. The scope includes technical advice on preliminary studies, structure and master plans, local plan input, environmental impact assessment, utility strategy, soil investigations, climate adaptation, nature registration, noise analysis, traffic and infrastructure planning, and environmental screening of existing buildings, with work to support development of 870,000 m² of mixed urban functions over time toward a 2035 target, including DGNB Platinum certification requirements.
