Przedmiot zamówienia stanowi wykonanie naprawy głównej eksploatowanych od dziesięciu lat napędów zwrotnicowych typu EEA-5 i EbiSwitch 700, przegląd remontowy po sześciu latach eksploatacji napędów EbiSwitch 2000 oraz remont kapitalny napędów typu EEA-4 na sieci kolejowej zarządzanej przez PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. na terenie wszystkich jednostek organizacyjnych Spółki. W latach 2026 – 2029 zakresem planowej obsługi technicznej, w ramach umowy, podlegać będzie łącznie 3 477 sztuk napędów zwrotnicowych EEA-5, EbiSwitch 700, EbiSwitch 2000 zabudowanych na sieci linii kolejowych w latach 2015 – 2019 oraz 800 sztuk napędów starszej generacji EEA-4.
