Overview
Die Landeshauptstadt Potsdam, vertreten durch den Kommunalen Immobilien Service (KIS), beabsichtigt die Bestandsturnhalle der Theodor-Fontane-Oberschule 51, (3-zügige Oberschule SEK I mit einer 3-zügigen Primarstufe) auf dem Grundstück Zum Teufelssee 2-4, 14478 Potsdam zu sanieren und zu erweitern. Die Sanierung umfasst die sich im Bestand befindliche, Zweifeldhalle (Typ MT 90), welche zusätzlich um eine Einfeldhalle (15x27m) inkl. Nebenräumen entsprechend der DIN 18032 erweitert werden soll. Die Beheizung soll über eine Erdwärmepumpe erfolgen.
