Předmětem plnění této části Veřejné zakázky je výkon funkce „Manažera stavby“ na stavbě „Dostavba a rozšíření terminálových kapacit“ a na stavbě "Nová odbavovací hala Terminálu 1 – COBT1" , který bude na základě uzavřené smlouvy poskytovat odborné činnosti, zejména řízení kvality (quality management – QM) a kontroly nákladů (quantity surveyor - QS), a to v celém průběhu přípravy projektových dokumentací, v průběhu procesu výběru Zhotovitele, v celém průběhu realizace Projektu a v průběhu procesu inženýringu, dále služby technického dozoru investora (TDI) nebo Monitoringu kvality, služby finančního reportingu, služby Commissioning Agenta a služby Expertní podpory.
