Die Dienstabteilung Verkehr (DAV) ist für das Verkehrsmanagement der Stadt Zürich zuständig. Dazu gehört die vollumfängliche Bewirtschaftung aller Messorte. Mit der vorliegenden Ausschreibung sucht die Auftraggeberin nach einer Unternehmung, mit der ein Vertrag für Dienstleistungen zur temporären Verkehrsdatenerfassung SWISS10+FR (SWI10FR) im Projekt MIV26-30 eingegangen werden kann. Die Auftragnehmerin tritt im Auftrag der Stadt Zürich als Dateneigentümerin auf. Entsprechend werden die durch die Auftragnehmerin erhobenen Datensätze mit dem Kürzel «SZH» für Stadt Zürich verwendet. Mit der Auftragnehmerin soll ein mehrjähriges Vertragsverhältnis eingegangen werden.
