Das Verfahren umfasst die Beschaffung (Kauf) neuer DAG- und DAU- Technik bei Beibehaltung der jeweiligen bestehenden DAU-Standort-Infrastruktur (Antennentechnik, Blitzschutz, usw.) oder ggf. Ergänzung der DAU-Standort-Infrastruktur und Firmware-Aufrüstungen der in Betrieb befindlichen digitalen Meldeempfänger (DME) mit dem Kryptoverfahren BOSKRYPT, sofern dies aufgrund der angebotenen Technik erforderlich ist sowie den Umzug von einem DAU-Standort und den Neubau von einem zusätzlichen DAU-Standort zur Erreichung der erforderlichen Feldstärke in bei Ausfall eines DAU nicht mehr ausreichend versorgten Bereichen.
