Overview
Gegenstand der Leistung ist ein fundiertes, strategisch und technisch tragfähiges Feinkonzept für die Migration von insgesamt 16 bestehenden Microsoft 365 Tenants in einem konsolidierten "OneTenant". Die Leistung umfasst dabei insbesondere die Analyse der Ausgangslage, die Entwicklung einer Zielarchitektur, die Ableitung eines strukturierten Migrationsvorgehens sowie die Ausarbeitung einer Risikoanalyse. Ziel ist es, die Voraussetzungen für eine spätere technische Zusammenführung der Tenants zu schaffen.
