Overview
Die IFB erwartet, den Konzernbeitritt (Enterprise Agreement) zu dem vom BMI und Microsoft im Jahre 2025 gezeichneten Konzernvertrag zu schließen. Weiter sind Zusatzvereinbarungen zu vereinbaren, die u.a. die bankspezifischen Anforderungen des AG abdecken. Hierzu gehört insbesondere auch, dass alle im Rahmen dieser Ausschreibung angebotenen Microsoft-Leistungen vertraglich so ausgestaltet werden, dass die Anforderungen des Art. 30 Verordnung (EU) 2022/2554 („Digital Operational Resilience Act“ – DORA) eingehalten werden.
