The scope includes advisory and technical consulting services to support the implementation of a national program providing free-to-air broadcasters with funding to produce and distribute cultural audiovisual works of public interest via on-demand internet, encompassing documentation review, project monitoring, administrative and on-site verifications, modifications management, and overall program implementation support.
