Le pôle Psychiatrie Dépendance et Réhabilitation, activité principale du bâtiment, accueille au long-court des patients en journée comme de nuit. L'ensemble du projet accueille 50 lits. Le projet porte sur la réhabilitation des bâtiments au nord du site : les bâtiments 67 et 68. Les travaux permettront la réorganisation du pôle PDR par la remise aux normes des locaux pour l'UHP, déménageant du 68 vers le 67 et l'accueil de l'USR sur le site de Neuilly-sur-Marne.
