Vergabebekanntmachung - Heinrich-Hertz-Kaserne Daun - Anpassung T-Bereich; Projektsteuerungsleistungen nach AHO-Heft Nr. 9, BIM-Management nach HOAI bzw. RBBau

The German Federal Ministry of Defense has awarded a contract to Hitzler Ingenieure for project management and BIM management services related to the adaptation of the T-area at Heinrich-Hertz-Kaserne Daun. The scope includes project steering services following AHO guidelines (phases 1-5, covering action areas A, C, and D), risk management, multi-project management, and comprehensive BIM management across 17 use cases from planning through facility documentation over an estimated nine-year project duration, with oversight of all planners and coordination of engineering disciplines.
