Predmetom zákazky je modernizácia dieselových motorových jednotiek zložených z motorového vozňa radu 813.0 a riadiaceho vozňa 913.0 (ďalej aj ako „DMJ“) v celkovom počte tridsaťtri (33) ks DMJ.
Modernizácia DMJ spočíva v modernizácii interiéru, dosadení klimatizácie do vozidla a vákuovej toalety. Súčasťou predmetu zákazky bude aj dodanie dokumentácie k modernizovaným DMJ, dodanie diagnostických zariadení, zaškolenie určených zamestnancov obstarávateľa a zabezpečenie dostupnosti a dodanie náhradných dielov modernizovaných častí.
