Hodnotenie implementácie horizontálnych princípov v Programe Slovensko

The Slovak Ministry of Investment, Regional Development and Informatization awarded a contract to evaluate the implementation of horizontal principles—including the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights, UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, gender equality, non-discrimination, and accessibility—within the Slovakia Programme 2021–2027. The evaluation, completed by ERUDIO, s.r.o. and RegioPartner, s.r.o., assessed how these principles are applied across programme implementation processes, project selection, and monitoring, with recommendations to improve cooperation between managing authorities and horizontal principle coordinators. The contract value was 31,900 EUR, awarded on 6 June 2026.
