Assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage technique et financière pour la transformation d'un parking en abri de protection civile NRBC-E

The City of Cannes awarded a contract to GROUPEMENT AMEXIA/ICOMME for 80,700 EUR on 2 December 2025 to provide technical and financial project management assistance for converting the underground public car park at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès into an NRBC-E (nuclear, radiological, biological, chemical, explosive) civil protection shelter. The scope includes an initial feasibility study to assess conversion requirements, ensure occupant safety against NRBC-E threats, maintain full autonomy during catastrophic events, and provide comfort and functionality for prolonged occupation, with potential follow-up design studies to enable construction works.
