Landratsamt Neustadt a. d. Aisch procured a turnkey delivery, erection, and commissioning of a three-storey interim building in modular container construction comprising approximately 60 room modules to serve as temporary replacement accommodation for the vocational school centre Bad Windsheim during renovation of its main building. The contract, awarded to RECON Germany on 30 April 2026 for 1,234 EUR, includes the building's planning services, electrical and data infrastructure, heating and cooling via air-source heat pumps, fire alarm system, and a building envelope compliant with energy regulations; foundation work was excluded and contracted separately.
