La Empresa Adjudicataria se compromete al mantenimiento y conservación de las instalaciones señaladas en el Anexo del PPT, incluidos los cuartos de máquinas, huecos y fosos, en perfecto estado de funcionamiento y limpieza de modo que eviten o disminuyan las averías o fallos que interrumpan o dificulten su operatividad.
El mantenimiento de estas instalaciones incluirá, básicamente, las siguientes tareas:
1.- Inspección operativa
2.-Mantenimiento preventivo
3.-Mantenimiento correctivo
4.-Mantenimiento modificativo
5.-Mantenimiento de cuartos de máquinas, huecos y fosos.
